On June 1st, there was a planned seminar featuring Nurkyz Ydyrysova, Nursat Khobdabayev, Akhat Suleimenov, and Maksat Khobdabayev. Who are they? You'll find out soon. Three days ago, I messaged Mentor Hub about participating in their seminar and received three registration options. Eventually, I decided not to go. Why? First, I don't enjoy seminars and lectures because I often fall asleep or get bored. Second, this seminar was paid. I even asked for a scholarship for this mini-seminar. They responded that if I brought three friends, I'd get a free ticket. I reacted with a thumbs-up and ignored the message.

Today, I woke up to a message: "Hey there, our team decided to give you a free ticket to the seminar." I wondered if I was lucky or if they gave free tickets to a few participants. You'll find out soon. Initially, I felt too lazy to go, but I decided to give it a try, hoping this seminar would be different.

Upon arrival at the seminar at a place called U-inter, I was impressed by the clean rooms, nice atmosphere, and cool people.

The seminar started, and the speakers presented one by one:

Maksat Khobdabayev: An undergraduate student at New York University Abu Dhabi and a Data Scientist at Insilico Medicine.

Nurkyz Ydyrysova: The first Kirgiz girl accepted to Stanford University.

Nursat Khobdabayev: An undergraduate student at Nazarbayev University who works at Mercedes Benz.

Akhat Suleimenov: An undergraduate student at New York University Abu Dhabi and a Software Engineer at Meta.

The Q&A session was engaging with many interesting questions and answers.

After the Q&A, we had a Kahoot game based on the seminar. The top winner would get a dinner with the speakers and founders. I wanted to win the game, not for the dinner, but just to win. Starting from 17th place, I progressed to 10th, then 4th, and finally reached 1st place. I maintained 1st place till the 8th question, then dropped to 2nd but quickly regained 1st place and stayed there until the end. I was thrilled to win the game.
