What are your expectations from participating in the IRENA Youth Forum, and how do you envision it contributing to your personal and professional growth? (100 - 250 words)

Tbh, I've been mentoring since 2nd half of 2023. Till now, I've mentored at over 6 communities with nearly a million in youth. But, i mostly enjoyed mentoring The Earth Prize and Moonshot Pirates students. I was working with GenZ on climate change, earth and environmental sustainability problems. They were literally from 160 countries. That's honor for me.

Early 2025, I supervised Hailey Yap and Yume Yorita. They became Oceania and Southeast Asia Winners of The Earth Prize. They founded Kultibado, a food-waste platform addressing supply-chain inefficiencies that helps both farmers and consumers save money. Usually, mentors didn't get anything in return. (pov: at least where i mentored) However, the best way to create impact is... just help young builders turn a good idea into something real.

Been mentoring for 5 years. I was inspired. I gained a huge networking skills. So, In late 2024, I founded Open Community. We’re world’s 1st ADHD GenZ startup founders community. At present, We could help 20+ young builders to get funding for their startups.

In Khorezm (city in Uzbekistan) rice-milling facilities release large amounts of airborne dust because many mills lack adequate filtration. That dust contains fine particles such as PM2.5 and PM10. They create health and environmental risks for nearby lives. Especially children are exposed along school routes. Khorezm has approximately 3,000 rice mills and a reported respiratory illness rate of 16k cases per 100k people.

During recent hackathon, my team did promising research on that. We came up with solution to install nanofiber filtration systems at rice-mill exhaust points. That helps to capture fine particulate matter before it enters the environment. According to our plans starting with a 5–10 mill pilot in Khorezm is good. Then, measure air-quality changes before and after installation. Finally, use the results to scale the solution across Uzbekistan. Later in Central Asia.

Personally, IRENA Youth Forum is just another opportunity to shape my skills. That will later shape me and my students. We have over 21k students across 169 countries in The Earth Prize alone. That creates a huge chance to bring what I learn back to thousands of cracked youth.

I was late to apply for IRENA NewGen Renewable Energy Accelerator 2026 program. But, I will def apply in 2027. That is another opportunity to connect my local problem-solving work with much larger energy and climate ecosystem.

i will post breakdown if i get accepted)
